ALADAN is a European joint research project dedicated to developing an innovative language framework based on artificial intelligence. The goal is to create reliable, transparent, and mission-critical language systems that meet the specific requirements of defense-related applications.
At the heart of the project lie challenges such as access to classified or restricted data, domain-specific adaptation of existing AI models, and the need for traceability and explainability. ALADAN follows a human-centered approach that takes ethical and legal considerations into account alongside technical innovation.
Crowdee contributes its expertise in curated data annotation, quality assurance, and human model evaluation. Using our crowd-based technology, we assess system outputs, generate relevant training data, and support the continuous improvement of the AI components. Our contribution enhances both the transparency and the performance of the resulting language systems.
